We are currently accepting membership applications for July 2024 start. Application deadline Friday 31st May 2024.
The following membership application deadline will be the end of November 2024 for January 2025 start.
Cork Printmakers offers two types of membership to artists, cultural practitioners, makers, and art students: Full Membership and Associate Membership. Associate Membership has two streams Fellow and Basic.
Criteria
Membership applicants must demonstrate excellent knowledge of a minimum of one print process. A third-level qualification in fine art printmaking is desirable, but other qualifications and experience are also considered.

Full Membership
€500 per year, payable by monthly direct debit
Suitable for artists using the studio regularly who can work independently
Key benefits:
- access to the technical facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- no usage fees are associated with time spent at the technical facilities
- opportunity to buy materials through a tab system (credit), payable on-site via debit card
- individual storage locker and drawer
Associate – Fellow
€300 per year, payable by monthly direct debit
Suitable for artists using the studio regularly who may require technical advice
Key benefits:
- access to the technical facilities during business hours (Monday – Friday, 10 am – 5 pm) under studio manager supervision
- no usage fees are associated with time spent at the technical facilities
- opportunity to buy materials through a tab system (credit), payable on-site via debit card
Associate – Basic
€100 per year, payable in a lump sum each January, plus a usage fee of €30 per day, payable on-site via debit card
Suitable for artists using the studio occasionally who may require technical advice, as well as for artists not using the studio
Key benefits:
- access to the technical facilities during business hours (Monday – Friday, 10 am – 5 pm) under studio manager supervision
- opportunity to buy materials, payable on-site via debit card
