Cork Printmakers is not currently accepting applications for residencies
Residency include 24 / 7 studio access for up to four weeks.
The programme is intended to provide opportunities for artists to research and develop their own practice, to explore ideas and work processes in a new environment and to improve international networks. It is open to artists of all nationalities working through print media.
Artists are asked to donate artwork created during their residency, to the Cork Printmakers Collection and to deliver an artist talk. Artists are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, expenses and purchase of materials and supplies in the studio.
Criteria
Applicants must be capable of demonstrating excellent knowledge of a minimum of one print process. A third level qualification in fine art printmaking is preferable, but other qualifications and experience are also considered.
